9 Adventurers have full profiles on the official site: 4 Assault, 3 Disruptor, 2 Support. Dual Blades, Lance and Bow lead with 2 each. Hammer has no named Adventurer yet — in the TGS trailer the hammer is carried by the player's own protagonist. Haze and Freya have only appeared in a trailer, so their classes are unknown.

• Four-player hunts

  Explore solo or form a four-hunter squad; the store description calls it a one-tap party.

• Named Adventurers

  You hunt as recruitable characters, each tied to one weapon type and one of three classes: Assault, Disruptor or Support.

• Seven weapon types at launch

  Great Sword, Long Sword, Dual Blades, Hammer, Lance, Heavy Bowgun and Bow, with more promised in updates. Each pairs with an Adventurer to unlock Follow-up moves.
